By visiting, viewing, and purchasing from our website you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Our return policy is EXCHANGES ONLY or store credit. If you wish to return an item, you must email us for a return authorization, and the item or items will need to be shipped back to us within seven days of receipt, no exceptions.  We do not credt for intial shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for any returns as well as any subsequent orders resulting from exchange or store credit.  All sales are final for custom design orders.

 

Any claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order. 

 

If you suspect your transfer is defective, you may return it for a replacement only, and this is subject to management's approval.  We cannot be responsible for misapplication of transfers.  If you are having difficulty applying your transfer, please call us, and we will gladly walk you through it and offer advice to what you may be doing wrong. 

 

 

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days, unless it is a custom order.  If we are out of stock on item, we will contact you via email. 

 

We ship USPS Priority Mail so you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days once it is shipped.  If you prefer another carrier (FedEX or UPS) or expedited shipping (overnight, 2 day, 3 day), please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Orders are not considered placed until payment is received in full.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

 

Delivery of custom orders ranges from 3-10 business days depending on the order size.

 

All sales are final on custom orders. 

 

For any custom work, buyer guarantees they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Buyer assumes responsibility for the design and sole responsibility of DL Jewelry Creations Inc. dba DL Creations is to manufacture the product according to the design and specifications approved by the buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold DL Jewelry Creations Inc. dba DL Creations and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said buyer, including from and against any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action for infringement of patent, copyright, and trademark.
