We offer custom rhinestone/rhinestud designs for your personal logo, pictures, or artwork. The artwork submitted must be your own because we cannot reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the content appears to be questionable. We have no minimum. However, if you are looking for just 1 piece, check out our Personalized Rhinestone Apparel. We offer a variety of designs that can be personalized with your name or initials.
Please note, our rhinestone/stud transfers are for adult use only. Our transfers are not intended for children or for children's apparel.
Custom Order Terms and ConditionsYou can submit your artwork (jpg, pdf, bmp, gif) for a quote by clicking here.
Please include the following with your submission. :
1. Contact Name
2. Address
3. Phone Number
4. Artwork in one of the following formats jpg, bmp, gif, pdf, dxf, cdr
If text only, please be specific about the layout, and if you would like a single row of stones, double row of stones, all caps, script font, block font, italic font, or basic print font. If you want to use a specifc font, please send it as a jpg, bmp, gif, pdf, dxf, cdr because we may not have it.
5. Desired Dimensions - what you want the finished transfer size to be.
6. Materials - rhinestones or studs (studs are a less expensive alternative)
7. Colors - please let us know where you want us to put what color. We should have most colors (We only stock pink studs)
8. Type - Transfer Only, Finished Shirts (type of shirt), Rhinestone Car Decal (6 piece minimum on car decals)
9. Desired quantity you would like a quote for
We will email you the quote with a copy of the artwork in a digital rhinestone/rhinestud proof. The digital proof is an excellent representation of how your finished transfer will look. However, slight variations in the placement of individual stones may exist in the finished pieces because of the way they are produced.
We have no minimum order but offer discounts please let us know how many pieces you would like us to quote you for. We can also give you a quote for finished ladies shirts as well. Several ladies styles are available including cap sleeve, T-Shirt, Tank Top, Long Sleeve, etc.
Payment in full is required for all custom orders. The artwork is considered approved once payment is received. No changes can be made after the payment is received, and cancelled orders will not be refunded. All sales are final.
Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Paypal for custom orders. Once you approve an order, please let us know which payment method you would like to use so we may invoice you. If you choose not to use Paypal, you must complete a credit card authorization form, which will be emailed with the invoice.
Delivery of custom orders usually takes 3-5 business days for small orders. Large orders (over 25 pieces) may take up to 2 weeks. We will let you know when you can expect your order prior to placing it.
Rush service may be available. If you need your transfers shipped the next day we may be able to accomodate, please inquire first. For rush service, orders and payment must be received by 2:00pm central time in order to be shipped the following day. Rush service is subject to a 50% upcharge or a minimum of $20.
Custom design includes any modification to our existing designs such as a color change.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Indemnity Clause: Buyer guarantees they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Buyer assumes responsibility for the design and sole responsibility of DL Jewelry Creations Inc. dba DL Creations is to manufacture the product according to the design and specifications approved by the buyer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold DL Jewelry Creations Inc. dba DL Creations and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said buyer, including from and against any and all claims, demands, suits or causes of action for infringement of patent, copyright, and trademark.
All Louisiana customers will be charged 8.75% sales tax unless you are a retail business purchasing for resale and have a sales tax exemption certificate (form R-1042) on file. Exemption certificates can be submitted via email, mail, or fax. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide us with this form prior to ordering.
